SHIPPING POLICY

 Following are the terms and conditions that constitute to our Shipping Policy, All sales are final and no exceptions when it comes down to our shipping policy, please read below.

All Lashes, Wax Stick and Headbands orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

All “Custom Unit Orders” are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. We do offer express service if you do need your wig sooner, See express service terms under the “CUSTOM UNIT SERVICES” tab.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.   

If a “Luxury Lace Frontal Wig” is on hand it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If a “Luxury Lace Frontal Wig” is not on hand it will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. Please reach out to us to check on what’s available on hand. 

All “BUNDLES, FRONTALS and CLOSURES” are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, if the product is on. Keep in mind we always have HAIR on hand that can be shipped immediately, please reach out to us to check on what’s available. 

Please make sure that your address is correctly entered to ensure on-time delivery.

 ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS IN THE POSSESSION OF USPS OR FEDEX, K LUXURY BEAUTY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGE. We are not required to issue a refund or replacement of package based on any of those issues.
